摘要: 设计了一种新型纵径复合振动模式棒管式大功率超声辐射器.该辐射器由夹心式压电换能器、哑铃结构金属棒和金属圆管三部分组成.换能器和哑铃结构金属棒的纵向振动驱动金属圆管作径向祸合振动.研究的目的在于通过特殊的结构设计及振动模式的转换来实现一种能够在径向和纵向辐射超声的高功率超声辐射器.该超声辐射器有望在大功率超声领域中获得应用,为该类超声辐射器在工程应用中建立较完整的设计理论及实验数据.
