 超声电机用环氧摩擦材料固化动力学研究

摘要:  应用差示扫描量热 (DSC) 技术研究了超声电机驱动用的 TGDDM/ MTHPA 环氧摩擦材料的固化动力学 . 对添加了聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE) 、 碳纤维、 石墨、 MoS 2 等填料的环氧摩擦材料固化体系在不同
升温速率下得到的 DSC 曲线进行分析 , 运用 Kissinger 方程和 Crane 方程确定了体系反应级数和表观活化能 , 并将峰温 T p 和结束温度 T e 外推至升温速率为零 , 得到理论固化温度 T cure 和固化后处理温度
T treat . 结果表明反应级数与二甲基苄胺 (DMBA) 用量无关 , 约为 0 1 90 ; 表观活化能随着 DMBA 量的增加先降后升 , 用量为 1 1 0 % 时达到最小 ; T cure 、 T treat 分别为 130 ℃、 153 1 8 ℃ . 按照上述优化配方和固化工艺
制备的环氧摩擦材料装配行波超声电机 (TRUM Φ - 60) 机械性能良好 , 使用寿命可达 8 000 h 以上 .

Abstract:  Epoxy resin matrix composite for friction material of ultrasonic motor driving was prepared by tetraglycidyl 2 4 ,4 ′ 2 diaminodiphenylmethane (TGDDM)/ methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride (MTHPA) filled with
polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) , carbon fibre , graphite , MoS 2 powder et al . The non 2 isothermal cure kinetic of this composite was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) . The apparent activation energy and
kinetic order of curing reaction were evaluated by Kissinger equation and Crane equation , and theoretic gelling temperature , curing temperature and heat 2 treating temperature were obtained by linearly extrapolating the curves of
peak temperature and end temperature of cure reaction vs. heating rate ( T p— β and T e— β) . The reaction order n was calculated to be about 0 1 90 independent of dimethyl benzyl amine(DMBA) dosage , and the apparent activation
energy decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of the accelerant DMBA percentage and it showed a minimum in one percent DMBA dosage. The extrapolated curing temperature ( T cure ) and heat treating temperature
( T treat ) are 130 ℃ and 153 1 8 ℃ , respectively. The Mechanical properties of ultrasonic motor , TRUMΦ2 60equipped with this epoxy composite friction material performed very well with lifetime longer than 8 000 h.
