摘要: 太赫兹(THz)波是有待进行全面研究开发的波段,在高灵敏的THz探测技术中,不仅要知道THz信号的功率,还要了解THz信号的频率和频谱,研制一种小型的THz频谱分析仪是开发太赫兹科学技术中不可或缺的。本文对高温超导双晶结中晶界对磁通流运动的诱导作用,超导检测器与THz波的相互作用进行了研究,利用超导约瑟夫森结的对太赫兹波高灵敏的响应,通过Hilbert变换,研制出了超导小型THz频谱检测仪,并对多种太赫兹信号源进行了频谱测量。
