摘要: 将离子液体聚合物复合膜用于渗透汽化分离,在提高基膜的分离选择性的同时,解决支撑液膜中离子液体存在易流失的问题.首先通过聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)与甲基咪唑的季铵化反应,合成端羟基聚(1-甲基咪唑-3)甲基乙氧基氟磷酸盐(PEIL1)与端羟基聚(1-甲基咪唑-3)甲基乙氧基(三氟甲基磺酰胺)盐(PEIL2)两种离子液体,接着用端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)与合成的离子液体预聚体反应,4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)扩链剂扩链,制备聚环氧离子液体型聚氨酯复合膜PEIL1-PU与PEIL2-PU.此外,系统研究了复合膜对丁醇水溶液的分离性能以及长时间分离的稳定性.实验表明,两种复合膜的渗透通量较普通聚氨酯膜略有下降,但分离因子升高,并且在长时间的分离实验中保持良好的稳定性.
