摘要: 水体底泥污染是一个世界性环境问题.为了研究养殖水体底泥中重金属的生态风险以及植物修复,通过测定养蟹塘底泥中Cr、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb的含量,用Hakanson提出的潜在生态危害指数法对养殖水体底泥中重金属的潜在生态风险进行了评价;同时对养殖螃蟹体内的重金属含量进行对比分析.另外,通过冬麦草对底泥中的重金属进行植物修复,研究冬麦草富集重金属的能力.研究发现养殖塘底泥中Cd的生态风险最高,其它重金属均显示具有轻微的生态风险.底泥中6种重金属总的潜在生态风险按照不同的参照标准显示为轻微或中等程度.螃蟹体内的Cr、As含量较高,且冬麦草对底泥中Cr、As的去除效果最好.
