摘要: 针对工业结构中裂纹缺陷的定位和方向识别问题,发展了一种基于超声阵列技术的矢量全聚焦成像方法。在修正的全聚焦成像基础上,提出了一种利用子阵列在聚焦点处矢量方向判断缺陷方向的方法,并将其应用于不同角度裂纹的方向识别。对单裂纹CIVA仿真模型进行了全矩阵数据采集和矢量全聚焦成像,研究发现,子阵列检测参数对裂纹方向识别具有不同程度的影响。因此,提出了子阵列检测参数的最优组合,可同时应用于多裂纹试块的缺陷定位和方向识别。

Abstract: In view of the problem of localization and orientation identification of the crack in the industrial structure, a new vector total focusing method based on ultrasonic array technology is developed. On the basis of the corrected total focusing method, a method for recognizing the direction of the defect is proposed, which uses the vector direction of the sub array element at the focusing point, and is applied to identification of different direction of cracks. The full matrix data that collected from the CIVA simulation model is imaged by vector total focusing method. Respectively, the parameters of the sub array element have different effects on the identification of the direction of cracks. Therefore, the optimal combination of sub array parameters is proposed, which can be applied to the localization and orientation identification of multi-crack specimen.
