摘要: 石墨烯以其独特的二维结构具有的性质,吸引着世界科学家的高度关注。毫无疑问,石墨烯以及功能化石墨烯的潜在应用必然会被不断挖掘;即使是极少一部分性质被应用,也将导致其在环境中数量的急剧增长。本文介绍了石墨烯的化学性质、表征方法和应用前景;重点阐述了近几年关于石墨烯及其衍生物进入小鼠体内在各脏器中的分布和相应毒性效应的研究进展,阐明其进入环境后对环境生物可能引起的危害,为评价其生态和健康风险提供了基础信息。本文最后对石墨烯相关材料在医药应用研究需要关注的问题和未来研究方向进行了展望。
