摘要: 采用形态学与分子生物学手段,调查并分析了江苏沿岸水域大型绿藻物种、数量及其时空变化规律等主要生物学特征.结果表明,该区域大型绿藻的优势种为缘管浒苔(Ulva linza,Linnaeus)和浒
苔(U. prolifera O. F. Muller).藻体形态随栖息地、生长季节等发生较大变化.大型绿藻生物量呈南高北低的趋势,在春末夏初达到顶峰,随后快速卜降,与江苏以北黄海海域漂浮浒苔相比差异明显.黄海绿
潮的来源复杂,分子标记法和形态学观察方法的判定仍有不足,还需要更深入的开展生物学研究工作.

Abstract: We used the methods of morphology and molecular biology to investigate the biological characteristics (species, biomass and spatiotemporal variation) of the green tide algae collected from the Jiangsu coastal area.The
results showed that Ulva lima Linnacus and U. prolifera O.F. Muller are the dominant species in the area. A clear variation exists in different habitats and growing seasons.The biomass of green algae was higher in the south
than in the north, In the late spring and early summer, the biomass reached its peak in amount and then declined rapidly. Morphological and molecular comparisons revealed that the green algae found in the investigated locations
have significant differences from the bloorrrforming algae found in the Yellow Sea, However, the origin of green tide cannot be clearly identified yet only by means of molecular markers and morphological observations at the current
stage More study should be done to track the origin of the Ulva bloom in the Yellow Sea.
