摘要:
在对风切变风速进行估计时,基于频域的风速估计方法可以获得更多的谱特征参数估计值,但经典的频域谱估计的频率分辨率低、方差大.针对传统的基于频域谱估计方法存在的问题,提出一种基于Burg改进算法的风切变风速估计方法.Burg谱估计的频率分辨率高于经典谱估计,但当雷达回波周期数较少即短序列条件下会出现谱峰分裂和偏移产生谱估计误差.分析表明,Burg算法估计AR模型系数的误差是导致频谱分裂和偏移的主要原因.改进Burg算法中,多段回波数据积累和原Burg算法联合估计AR模型系数,减小系数误差,提高谱估计精度.该算法继承了原Burg算法能够获得高的频率分辨率和小方差的优点.仿真结果表明,在模型阶数选取适当的情况下,对短序列回波信号进行风速估计,相比于经典的FFT算法和Burg算法,改进谱估计方法达到了Burg谱估计的分辨率和FFT谱估计的准确性.
Abstract:
Shear wind is regarded as one of the largest threat to the safety of aircrafts when landing or taking off.Therefore,it is very important to identify the shear wind precisely.Wind shear radar is the main tool to detect and identify the shear wind.Wind shear radar processes the echo signal to estimate the wind shear risk factor.The risk factor is a key parameter in wind shear recognition,and wind speed estimation is an important part of the calculation for the risk factor.Thus,strengthening the research into the algorithms for wind speed estimation is very necessary.The wind speed estimation method based on frequency domain can obtain more spectrum information than methods based on time domain.However the classical estimation methods based on frequency domain have low resolution and large variance.In view of the problems of traditional spectrum estimation methods based on frequency domain,we present a kind of method based on the improved Burg algorithm to estimate the speed of shear wind.Burg algorithm can estimate the spectrum with higher frequency resolution than the classic spectrum estimation.While under the condition of short sequence,the Burg algorithm will cause spectrum estimation errors because of the division and migration of spectrum peaks.Analysis shows that the error of the AR model coefficients estimated by Burg algorithm is the main cause of the spectrum division and migration.The improved Burg algorithm accumulates the multistage echo data and combines the original burg algorithm to estimate AR model coefficients.The improved Burg algorithm reduces the error of AR model coefficients,so as to improve the precision of spectrum estimation.This improved algorithm inherits the advantages of the original burg algorithm to obtain high frequency resolution and the small variance.Results of the simulation show that the proposed wind speed estimator reaches the resolution of the Burg spectrum estimation and the accuracy of the FFT spectrum estimator.
